Archie Rumsam.

Baritone.

Archie Rumsam is a Melbourne based baritone originating from Cambridgeshire, England.

Beginning his musical life as a classical guitarist, Jonno began appearing in musicals, which led into Gilbert and Sullivan Operettas, and finally to his first opera with BK Opera, appearing in the chorus for BK's production of Mozart's Abduction.
Jonno began as a tenor at 17 years old, and has sung the role of Guido in Offenbach's La Chatte Métamorphosée en Femme, and Pylade in Gluck's Iphigenie en Tauride. He has since turned 30, grown a ribcage (true story) and begun life as a baritone, most recently in the roles of Blazes and Second Officer in Peter Maxwell-Davies' The Lighthouse.

Jonno has studied acting and theatrical craft at Deakin University, and is currently studying a Bachelor of Music at the Melbourne Conservatorium of Music, specialising in classical voice.
